What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use and in accordance with the product’s intended purpose. This includes, in particular:

Defective seams

Broken zippers without excessive use

Abnormal deterioration of the fabric or padding

Terms of use

Our poufs, whether intended for indoor or outdoor use, must be used and maintained with care. Even models designed for outdoor use require special care:

⚠️ It is essential not to leave poufs permanently exposed to UV rays when not in use, even for outdoor models. Although they are more durable, prolonged exposure to the sun can lead to premature discoloration and material degradation.

To preserve the durability of your beanbag, we recommend:

Storing it away from sunlight and moisture when not in use

Cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth and suitable products

Avoiding prolonged contact with abrasive or dirty surfaces

What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear due to time anduse

Discoloration due to excessive sun exposure

Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

Damage caused by animals or sharp objects
