Heavy use can cause our beanbags to lose their shape over time. That's why we offer easy-to-userefills made from recycled beads.
REMOVABLE COVER
All of our beanbags feature removable covers, thanks to their inner liners made from duvet covers sourced from luxury Parisian hotels.
WASHABLE
All of our bean bag covers can be wiped down with a sponge and a little detergent. They are also machine washable at 40°C if they get very dirty. Please note that the washing machine must have a capacity of at least 8 kg.

What do I get?
- A cover made of hot-air balloon fabric, luxury hotel sheets (lining), and advertising tarpaulin (bottom). It closes with a zipper.
- An inner cover made of luxury bedsheet fabric, filled with polystyrene beads derived from recycled appliance packaging. It closes with a zipper.
How do I wash my beanbag?
The fabric is waterproof, so you can easily wash it with soapy water.
What should I do if my beanbag sags?
If the beanbag is used heavily by several people at the same time, it may lose its shape over time. In that case, you can order a refill of polystyrene beads. It’s usually not necessary to refill it again after the first refill, as the beads settle less afterward.

A COLLECTION DESIGNED BY AMY TIDMARSH
A textile designer, maker, and teacher, Amy Tidmarsh has developed a practice rooted in gesture, experimentation, and color. Through patchwork, quilting, and textile composition, she explores the relationships between surface, volume, the body, and movement.
Her encounter with La Tête dans les Nuages at Dutch Design Week was a true case of creative love at first sight. Amy spent four days immersed in our workshop in L’Île-Saint-Denis, surrounded by hot-air balloon canvases and paraglider wings collected over the years.
She then envisions a meeting between the large, nuanced surfaces of hot-air balloons and the smaller, often more vivid fragments of paragliders. Misaligned stripes, shifts in scale, overlays, and unexpected combinations come together to form a free, playful, and slightly surrealistic visual language.
Rather than a fixed pattern, Amy creates a design language that our workshop adapts to each new canvas. The concept behind the collection: producing unique pieces in a series. Each pouf thus belongs to the same family, while featuring its own unique composition.
The colors depend entirely on the available fabrics, and certain color combinations can only be created once. Each design is typically produced in a run of one to three pieces. Once a particular colorway is sold out, it will likely never be reproduced exactly the same way.
