2-YEAR WARRANTY

All our beanbags come with a 2-year warranty under normal use, as definedhere.

RECHARGEABLE

Heavy use can cause our beanbags to lose their shape over time. That's why we offer easy-to-userefills made from recycled beads.

REMOVABLE COVER

All of our beanbags feature removable covers, thanks to their inner liners made from duvet covers sourced from luxury Parisian hotels.

WASHABLE

All of our bean bag covers can be wiped down with a sponge and a little detergent. They are also machine washable at 40°C if they get very dirty. Please note that the washing machine must have a capacity of at least 8 kg.

DELIVERED IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA GLS, BY APPOINTMENT TO YOUR HOME OR A PICKUP POINT, FREE RETURNS.

GLS will notify you by email and text message the day before your delivery window. If you won't be home, you can use the GLS platform to:

• Postpone delivery for the next 5 days.
• Have the package delivered to a pickup location
• Have the package delivered to your neighbor's house
• Have the package delivered to a different address within the same county

If you are not satisfied after unpacking the item, we will arrange for a free return from your home upon request via email within 48 hours.

What do I get?

- A cover made of hot-air balloon fabric, luxury hotel sheets (lining), and advertising tarpaulin (bottom). It closes with a zipper.

- An inner cover made of luxury bedsheet fabric, filled with polystyrene beads derived from recycled appliance packaging. It closes with a zipper.

How do I wash my beanbag?

The fabric is waterproof, so you can easily wash it with soapy water.

What should I do if my beanbag sags?

If the beanbag is used heavily by several people at the same time, it may lose its shape over time. In that case, you can order a refill of polystyrene beads. It’s usually not necessary to refill it again after the first refill, as the beads settle less afterward.
